Contact us for app issues, accessibility feedback, or questions about your color year. We will help you keep the diary moving.
Photo access
If the diary is missing days, open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → A Color Year and check the permission. Photos that are not available locally may be skipped.
Share once, clearly
The annual poster is generated before Apple's system share sheet opens. If the sheet does not appear, return to the year screen and try again after the poster preview finishes loading.
Start the scan again
Use About → Reset local diary to remove cached color data and scan again. This does not delete the original photos from Apple Photos.
What to include in a report
A short description, the year you selected, whether the issue happens on one day or the whole year, and a screenshot with private details hidden are usually enough to begin.
